Brea and I had a blast at the aquarium with parts of both sides of our family. Kandis, Carter, and Brooks were there for a minute until Carter got a tummy ache :(

We were also excited to spend a little more time with Tawni and BrynLee before they had to head back home. Tanner and my parents even came along for the day.

I love it when my sister is in town! My mom, Tawni, Tanner, and I took Brea and my neice BrynLee to Gardner Village and went photo-happy!

Reintroducing Brea to Fall

And of course, Conference! Before Conference began we talked to her about apostles and prophets, so when President Monson got up to speak Saturday morning Brea said, "oh... wow... Prophet!" She could not be cuter. That was about the extent of her attention span, however, so we spent the remainder of that and subsequent sessions doing things like this:

"Brea, I love you." She responded with this:
"I love you, too. Mom, you're the best."

Our Last Slice of Summer

A few weeks ago Brea and I decided to take advantage of one of the last perfect afternoons of the summer and have a picnic in the Gardens. It was just the four of us- me, Brea, Ernie, and Taco.
